Before operation
Simple steps to your beauty:
- After choosing a service you are interested in fill in our Enquiry Form for your non-obligatory free consultation.
- Our consultant will then contact you via e-mail or phone (depending on chosen option at the application form).
- After initial conversation you will be asked to send us details, including your health conditions (Medical Questionnaire) and the medical history documentation (we must be sure that the condition of your health is good enough to perform the service you have selected).
- As soon as we receive your medical documentation we will consult specialists and determine your individual course of treatment.
- After that, we will send you Your Surgery Package. There you will find the offer concerning your individual case, which includes the date of the surgery (depends on you and the clinic), details of the operation and medical care conditions (pre- and post-operative), minimum and recommended stay in Poland, accommodation issues, possible means of transport, the estimate cost of your medical service.
- If you accept our offer we will send you a booking form and you will be asked to send us the signed agreement and to make an advance payment. This wiil be forwarded to the clinic and the appiontment is booked for you.
- Next you should arrange your flight and forward us your flight details, so we can arrange your stay in Poland.
- Upon arriving at the airport, you will be picked up by your Personal Assistant who will drive you to your hotel, give you all the necessary instructions and take care of you during your stay.
- After arrival you will meet your doctor who will treat you for an interview and medical consultation.
- You will then undergo your medical procedure and begin recovery.
- At the end of your stay you will be driven back to the airport.
- When you return home please feel free to contact us any time you need.
After operation
The overriding importance for Medical Poland is to guarantee your security and care during the whole course of treatment.
A patient is obliged to:
- avoid physical effort without permission of a conducting doctor
- obey medical restrictions and follow doctor’s instructions
- call a nurse immediately in case of any kind of trouble
- respect health and safety rules, e.g. (a patient must not lock the door of his/her hospital room)
- always be on time for scheduled examinations and operations
- follow doctor’s instructions closely during as well as after the treatment
- call the personnel in case of not feeling well (feeling dizzy/faint)
- respect the outlined meal hours
- stick to the recommended diet
- follow any further recommendations
